Positive Albright Focus
One of the resources the Albright Challenge is providing you with is the Positive All Bright Focus sheet that can be used weekly or even daily. How does it work? Starting on the left in the achievement column, we want you to come up with items that you are proud that you’ve achieved recently. Moving to the right, you then explain why it’s good that you achieved it. Next, you explain more about what actions you took following that. Finally, you want to list the next step you are going to take after the further progress category. Andy Albright uses this sheet often and thinks it will help you start your day or week off on the right foot.
